Scholarship exams guideline
Dear Prospective Students,
We would like to thank you for applying to AU. It is our sincere hope that your successful and bright future begins at AU. All students applying for scholarship basis exams are required to follow the exam guide below.
Please be informed that “EXAM” will be held on July 7th, 2022 at AKFA University (264, Milliy bog street, Barkamol MFY, Mirzo Ulugbek district, Tashkent, 111221, Uzbekistan). The exam and its date are scheduled according to the chosen departments.

All registered applicants* must come to AKFA UNIVERSITY CAMPUS 80 MINUTES BEFORE THE EXAMINATION (by the exam shift) and bring** the PASSPORT (original).

“You are not allowed to take the exam without your original passport and if you are late for the exam room entry”.
EXAM INSTRUCTION:
ONLY the Answer Sheet (check the sample below) is graded. The draft pages are NOT graded.
Calculators are NOT allowed except for the exam of Healthcare studies.
Use of any electronic device (Phone, iPod, iPad, laptop) is NOT allowed during the examination.
Cheating, talking to fellow students, singing, and turning back is not allowed!
If you have a problem please raise your hand and wait quietly for a Proctor.
You are NOT allowed to leave the exam room until you submit the exam papers. Exam for the Medical and Dental Schools:
Exam consists of three parts: Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology. Each part consists of 20 questions. In total, there are 60 questions.
Mathematics: there are three sections. Negative marking is applied.
Section 1: 10 easy questions. Each correct answer is worth 4 points. -1 point for every incorrect answer.
Section 2: 5 medium-level questions. Each correct answer is worth 5 points. -1.25 points for every incorrect answer.
Section 3: 5 difficult questions. Each correct answer is worth 7 points. -1.75 points for every incorrect answer.
Biology and Chemistry: ALL 20 questions are worth 5 points. -1.25 points for every incorrect answer. Exam for the departments of Accounting & Finance, Architecture & Design, Economics, Computer Science (IT), Digital Marketing, Startup Management, International Business, Commercial Law:
Exam consist of one part: Mathematics. It consists of 20 questions.
Mathematics: there are three sections. Negative marking is applied.

Exam consists of two parts: Part 1 – Use of English; Part 2 – Reading
Part 1 consists of 14 questions and Part 2 has 16 questions. In total, there are 30 questions.
There is two Use of English tasks in Part 1. Each question is worth one point.
There are two Reading tasks in Part 2. Each question is worth one point.
Negative marking is applied for each part. -0.5 points for each incorrect answer.
Total points for the exam: 30
The total time given is 60 minutes
