AKFA University and the State Inspectorate for Supervision of the Quality of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan started negotiations with representatives of the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME) on the accreditation of educational programs of medical universities in Uzbekistan.

Since the beginning of its activity, AKFA University has set the goal of obtaining international accreditation for the recognition of its study programs and diplomas in foreign countries. But, unfortunately, so far in our country there is no organization for the accreditation of educational programs in accordance with the requirements of the WFME.

The administration of AKFA University initiated negotiations between the WFME and the State Inspectorate for Supervision of the Quality of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The subject of negotiations was the issue of granting the status of a recognized agency for the accreditation of medical curricula by the State Inspectorate for Supervision of the Quality of Education.

During online negotiations, representatives of the AKFA University, WFME and the State Inspectorate discussed obtaining the status of a recognized agency for the accreditation of medical educational programs and the process of obtaining this status.

The head of the legal department of AKFA University, Iroda Sidikova, noted that obtaining the status of a recognized WFMO agency will allow the State Inspectorate to conduct international accreditation of medical programs of universities not only in Uzbekistan, but also in other countries. Obtaining international accreditation from universities opens up great opportunities for university graduates. For example, graduates will be able to take the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) exams. This is one of the most serious stages in obtaining a license to work in the United States.

The World Federation of Medical Education (WFME) is an international organization, mission of which is to improve the quality of medical education around the world through the introduction of high scientific and ethical standards, which includes 6 Regional Associations for Medical Education. International activities to improve the quality of medical education began with the International Program for the Modernization of Medical Education since 1984.

AKFA Universiteti va Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasi huzuridagi Taʼlim sifatini nazorat qilish davlat inspeksiyasi mamlakatimiz tibbiyot universitetlarining taʼlim dasturlarini akkreditatsiyalash maqsadida Jahon tibbiyot taʼlimi federatsiyasi (JTTF) vakillari bilan muzokaralar boshladilar.

AKFA Universiteti oʻz faoliyatining birinchi kunidan oʻz taʼlim dasturlari va diplomlarini xorijda tan olinishi uchun xalqaro akkreditatsiyadan oʻtishni oʻz oldiga maqsad qilib qoʻygan edi. Afsuski, hozircha mamlakatimizda JTTF talablariga asosan oliy taʼlim muassasalarining taʼlim dasturlarini akkreditatsiyadan oʻtkazadigan tashkilot mavjud emas.

Universitet maʼmuriyati JTTF va Taʼlim sifatini nazorat qilish davlat inspeksiyasi oʻrtasida muzokaralar oʻtkazish tashabbusi bilan chiqdi. Muzokaralarning asosiy maqsadi Taʼlim sifatini nazorat qilish davlat inspeksiyasi tomonidan tibbiyot oʻquv dasturlarini akkreditatsiyadan oʻtkazuvchi JTTF tomonidan tan olgan tashkilot maqomini olishdan iboratdir.

Onlayn muzokaralar doirasida AKFA Universiteti, Taʼlim sifatini nazorat qilish davlat inspeksiyasi va JTTF vakillari inspeksiya tomonidan tibbiyot oʻquv dasturlarini akkreditatsiyadan oʻtkazuvchi tashkilot maqomini olish va bunday maqomni olish jarayonlarini muhokama etishdi.

AKFA Universitetining yuridik boʻlim rahbari Iroda Sodiqovaning taʼkidlashicha, inspeksiya tomonidan xalqaro JTTF tomonidan tan olgan tashkilot maqomini olish inspeksiyaga milliy va xorij universitetlarining tibbiyot taʼlim dasturlarini akkreditatsiyadan oʻtkazish imkoniyatini beradi. Universitetlar tomonidan xalqaro akkreditatsiyadan oʻtish, ularning talabalariga katta imkoniyatlar beradi.

Jahon tibbiyot taʼlimi federatsiyasi (JTTF) xalqaro tashkilot boʻlib, uning asosiy vazifasi butun dunyoda tibbiyot taʼlim dasturlarining sifatini oshirishdan iboratdir.

Университет AKFA и Государственная инспекция по надзору за качеством образования при Кабинете Министров Республики Узбекистан начали переговоры c представителями Всемирной федерации медицинского образования ВФМО по аккредитации образовательных программ медицинских вузов Узбекистана.

С начала своей деятельности Университет AKFA поставила цель получить международную аккредитацию для признания своих учебных программ и дипломов в зарубежных странах. Но, к сожалению, пока в нашей стране не существует организации по аккредитации учебных программ в соответствии с требованием ВФМО.

Администрация Университета AKFA инициировала переговоры между ВФМО и Государственной инспекцией по надзору за качеством образования при Кабинете Министров Республики Узбекистан. Предметом переговоров стал вопрос предоставление статуса признанного агентства по аккредитации медицинских учебных программ Госинспекции по надзору за качеством образования.

В ходе онлайн переговоров представители Университета AKFA, ВФМО и Госинспекции обсудили получения статуса признанного агентства по аккредитации медицинских учебных программ и процесс получения такого статуса.

Глава юридического отдела Университета AKFA Ирода Со1дикова отметила, что получения статуса признанного агентства ВФМО позволит Госинспекции проводить международную аккредитацию медицинских программ университетов не только в Узбекистане, но и других странах. Получения международной аккредитации со стороны вузов открывает большие возможности перед выпускниками вузов. Например, выпускники смогут сдать экзамены USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination). Это одно из серьёзнейших этапов при получении лицензии на деятельность на территории США.

Отметим, Всемирная федерация медицинского образования ВФМО (World Federation of Medical Education, WFME) – международная организация, миссия которой заключается в улучшении качества медицинского образования во всем мире через внедрение высоких научных и этических стандартов, включающая в себя 6 Региональных ассоциаций по медицинскому образованию. Международную деятельность по улучшению качества медицинского образования начала с проведения Международной программы модернизации медицинского образования с 1984 года.
